Tuesday~Running with the university run club. Long and with one major hill to run up. The guys on this team are Atheleates...Mathew John on the other hand is an athleate. It is good to have people push you.Thursday~ Hill Training. Along memorial next to the curling club is the hill I run up. This week 4.5 times. It is easier than I thought orignally it would be.
Tommorow~ 10K Race.little nervous,
